We all get caught up in our busy lives, and it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves. I am a big offender in that area. Even though I know that daily spiritual practice is what keeps me healthy, happy and peaceful, I can sometimes put it on the back burner and not prioritize my wellbeing. Thankfully there are some great mindful apps I use to stay on track with my spiritual program, fit in mindful sessions when I need them and guide me along my journey.

Here are some of my personal favorite mindful apps:

Calm Mediation

I have spoken about this app before, but I cannot say enough good things about the Calm Meditation app. I love that it offers so many types of different meditations from healing, stress and anxiety, self-love and gratitude. Whatever I am lacking or need, there is a meditation for that. Most of them are only 10 minutes, so it doesn’t take much to fit it in, even on those busy days.

The Tapping Solution Mobile App

I am a firm believer in tapping (EFT) and I have been following Nick Ortner’s journey for a while now. They offer great training sessions, videos and tapping tips. I was so excited to find that they offered a mobile app! It has tapping for everything. Some of my favorites are “Tapping for Anxiety,” “Instant Boost of Happiness,” “Instant Boost of Healing,” and others. They have one for attracting love and even bringing more abundance into your life. You can’t go wrong with this great app with so much to offer. Each tapping session is guided and quick.

Spirit Junkie – Gabby Bernstein

I love Gabby Bernstein. I love her books, her classes, and her message. She now offers a mobile app to give you inspiring affirmations every day. These tidbits of emotional wellbeing will help keep more positive outcomes flowing and the good vibes working in your life.

Happier App

If you haven’t checked out Happier.com, you should. Nataly Kogen is an amazing woman. Her family immigrated to the U.S. when she was just a kid. Her early struggles inspired her to do something great with her life, and she started a company to help people be happier. How could you not love that! She has a beautiful mobile app that allows users to share happy moments and nuggets of gratitude, joy, and comfort. It’s a keeper.

Insight Timer Mobile App

This meditation app is used by more people than any other. It has a library of hundreds of free meditations to use anywhere, anytime. You can also join discussion groups and use other community features. They have a premium version but the free version is robust and not lacking in any way. It also offers beautiful calming music and ambient sounds to help you drift off to sleep.
